At Rare Diamond Club, we are committed to ensuring your purchase arrives safely, securely, and on time. Every shipment is carefully packaged and fully insured, giving you peace of mind from the moment your order leaves our showroom until it reaches your door.

Order Processing

In-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Custom-designed jewelry, special orders, and made-to-order pieces require additional production time. Estimated completion and shipping timelines will be provided during the ordering process and may vary depending on the complexity of the design.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We proudly ship throughout the United States.

• Complimentary insured shipping is available on qualifying purchases.
• Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or other insured delivery services.

For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or unsecured delivery locations.
