Order Processing

In-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Custom-designed jewelry, special orders, and made-to-order pieces require additional production time. Estimated completion and shipping timelines will be provided during the ordering process and may vary depending on the complexity of the design.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

We proudly ship throughout the United States.

• Complimentary insured shipping is available on qualifying purchases.
• Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or other insured delivery services.
• All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery to help ensure your jewelry arrives safely.
• Orders are fully insured while in transit.

For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or unsecured delivery locations.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options may be available upon request for eligible items. Additional shipping charges may apply. Please contact our team prior to placing your order if you require expedited delivery.

A government-issued photo ID and the original payment method may be required at the time of pickup for verification purposes.

Shipping Restrictions

To protect our customers and prevent fraud, Rare Diamond Club reserves the right to verify billing information before shipping an order. Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed or canceled.

At this time, international shipping may be limited. Please contact us directly if you are located outside the United States to discuss available shipping options.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in resolving your claim.

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package has been marked as delivered and signed for at the shipping address provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your shipment.
