Custom & Bespoke Jewelry
Custom jewelry creations are developed specifically for each client and require a personalized design process.
By approving a custom design, you acknowledge that:
- Custom pieces are created according to the specifications approved during the design process.
- Final products may have slight variations due to the handmade nature of fine jewelry.
- Custom, personalized, engraved, and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Deposits and payments made toward custom projects may be non-refundable once production has begun.
Our team will communicate timelines, design approvals, and project details throughout the bespoke process.
Orders & Cancellations
Rare Diamond Club reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized transactions, or pricing errors.
If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, been shipped, or has been customized, changes may no longer be possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Rare Diamond Club is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.
High-value jewelry shipments may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
