Order Processing

In-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Custom-designed jewelry, special orders, and made-to-order pieces require additional production time. Estimated completion and shipping timelines will be provided during the ordering process and may vary depending on the complexity of the design.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Complimentary insured shipping is available on qualifying purchases.
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or other insured delivery services.
All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery to help ensure your jewelry arrives safely.
Orders are fully insured while in transit.

For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or unsecured delivery locations.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options may be available upon request for eligible items. Additional shipping charges may apply. Please contact our team prior to placing your order if you require expedited delivery.
